Wholesale, answered
What is the minimum wholesale order?
55 units on your first order, and you can mix as many designs as you like to reach it. Wholesale is standard size only, which keeps your ordering and our picking simple. After that there is no minimum on repeat orders, so you can restock exactly what sold.
How is wholesale different from your custom and bulk orders?
Wholesale is our own stock designs, ready to pick, for shops that resell them. There is no artwork to approve and no setup fee. Custom and bulk orders put your logo or artwork on the holder, which adds artwork approval and a setup charge per design.
Do I need an ABN?
Yes. We supply registered businesses that sell to the public, including gift shops, bottle shops, venues, tourism retailers, market stalls and online stores.
What margin can I expect?
That depends on your shelf price and how much you order. Our trade prices step down as volume goes up, and most stockists work on a 50 percent margin or better. We send your full tier pricing when your account is approved.
How quickly can you restock me?
We make in Melbourne, so stock orders usually dispatch within 2 business days and reach most of Australia inside a week. There is no container to wait on.
Are they really Australian made?
Yes. Stubbyz are made in Melbourne and carry the certified Australian Made logo. That certification is a genuine point of difference on the shelf against imported can coolers.
Do you supply display stands or point of sale?
Yes. We include a counter display with your first order and can supply additional stands and shelf talkers on request.
Can I sell them online as well as in store?
Yes. We ask that you use your own product photography or the image pack we supply, and that you do not list on marketplaces where we already sell direct. Talk to us first if marketplaces are your main channel.
Do you ship wholesale outside Australia?
We supply New Zealand and the United Kingdom regularly. Freight is quoted separately for those orders. Additional countries (excluding the USA) may be possible as well.
What are your payment terms?
First orders are paid upfront. Once your account has a trading history we can look at 30-day net terms.
